We try to collect as little data as possible. This page explains what we touch when you use the NEPO BABY website (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect

Wallet address — only if you click "Connect Wallet". Your public address is shown in your browser and used to display your rank on the leaderboard. We do not store it on our servers.
Basic request data — like IP address, browser, and pages viewed. This is standard server log data used to keep the Site running and detect abuse.
On-chain data — when the Token launches, we may query public blockchain data (e.g. top holders) using public RPC endpoints. This data is already public.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not ask for your name, email, KYC, or government ID.
We do not see or store your private keys, seed phrase, or signed transactions. Never share those with anyone.
We do not sell your data to advertisers.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

The Site uses minimal browser storage required for it to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll prefer privacy-respecting tools and update this page.

4. Third Parties

The Site links to and integrates with third parties such as wallet providers (e.g. Phantom), Discord, X, and public Solana RPC endpoints. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review them before connecting or sharing data.

5. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the Site, but no system is 100% secure. You interact with the Site and the blockchain at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we collect almost nothing, in most cases there is nothing to access or delete — but you can contact us via our Discord if you have questions.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
